Aqua Sparkle Spa Stabilised Chlorine Granules are the most popular sanitiser for Hot Tubs, Spas and Outdoor Pools. They can be used for daily dosing of your spa or hot tub, to produce free active chlorine which kills bacteria and other potentially harmful organisms.
Your spa or hot tub water should be chlorinated at all times, never allow your spa or hot tub to be used without first testing the water to make sure it contains the correct amount of chlorine.
Aqua Sparkle Spa Stabilised Chlorine Granules provide an economical semi-automatic Chlorination of your spa water. Aqua Sparkle Spa Stabilised Chlorine Granules are 55% available Chlorine and are completely soluble. As they contain Cyanuric Acid they are automatically stabilised against destruction of chlorine residual by sunlight.
Aqua Sparkle Spa Stabilised Chlorine Granules adds chlorine to the water just like any other sanitiser but it also adds stabiliser at the same time. It has a pH close to neutral (7) so that it will have little effect on the pH of the spa water.

How to use
- Maintain pH level within the ideal range of 7.2 – 7.6. If not in this range, adjust.
- Maintain free chlorine level within the ideal range of 3 – 5mg/l.
- Commissioning freshly filled new hot tubs or ones left drained for a period of time: Following the latest guidance, a commissioning dose of 50mg/l free chlorine maintained for a minimum of one hour is recommended.
- If the water temperature is 20 degrees Celsius or higher, this product can be carefully broadcast directly over the hot tub water surface. If in doubt, pre-dissolve this product in a clean plastic container at a rate of 10g per one litre of clean warm water. Stir well to ensure the product is fully dissolved, then add to the hot tub with the filter running.
- Repeat the dose if necessary to achieve free chlorine level in step 2.
- It is recommended that you periodically (e.g., weekly or after prolonged hot tub use) shock-dose your hot tub with AquaSPArkle Spa Fusion to eliminate any excess contamination.
